My husband and I were neighbor's of Ted's for many years in the Bench Drive Neighborhood. He and Pat were the salt of the earth! Friendly, loving, caring people. I remember hearing him play the piano, sitting on his deck swing in the afternoons, drinking his vinegar and water. Always had time to say hello. Sending Love & Hugs to all his family!
