I will Miss him. He was always kind and looked to the positive in everything, If he couldn't find it he would continue to ask questions or look for answers. He loved the pursuit of knowledge. I felt like I could ask him any question and if he didn't now the answer he would research and find that answer. I loved his sense of humor. Steve, Rhonda and I had many laughs. The girls were talking about seeing him at the auction. They had seen him at the auction for many years. When they were little they liked to run up to him to say hello and he would always have a big smile on his face that made him so welcoming and approachable for everyone. He never failed to ask how other family members were doing.
I know he battled an illness for years but I never saw it. In other words when I would see him I wouldn't think of it unless the subject came up. He never complained of or felt sorry for himself but, if you asked him about it he would educate you.
It didn't matter what you asked him , he was a great teacher.
His family was his world. !!!
My love, thoughts and prayers go out to all of his family.
Take special care of yourselves!
