Robyn Sweet-Smith

Robyn Sue Sweet-Smith, 45, Westport resident. died June 7,2021 after being struck head on in a collision on her way home to Westport.

Robyn was born in South Bend, WA to Larry and Janet (Raffelson) Sweet. She grew up in Westport and graduated from Ocosta High School in 1994.

She married Scott Smith on July 21, 2001 in Westport, WA. He resides at the family home.

Robyn went to work for Hoquiam School District, she worked for 20yrs in various jobs. She switched job’s and became an In-House Substitute Teacher for Hoquiam School District. After obtained her Bachelors of Instruction from Grays Harbor College in 2020 and was working on obtaining her Master’s with Western Governors University this month.

She enjoyed playing Bingo, taking her daughter shopping, date nights with Scott and being with family.

Robyn is survived by her husband of 19 years, J. Scott Smith of Westport; a daughter, Brooklynn Smith of Westport; her mother, Janet Sweet of Westport.

There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, July 10th at 1 PM at the Ocosta Rec Hall. Potluck
