Connie Louise (Morehead) Stullick, 67, lifetime Grays Harbor resident and former landscaper passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2024, at her home in Aberdeen, Washington.
Connie was born on August 3, 1956, in Aberdeen, Washington to Roy and Mary (Glidden) Morehead. She was raised in Aberdeen, graduating from J.M. Weatherwax High School in 1974. After school, she began working with a local podiatrist office over the next 14 years. After the Doctor retired, Connie worked as a receptionist at internist Dr. Kirk’s office for a short time before becoming an insurance agent. Connie worked with Country Companies Insurance for multiple years, and then for Durney Insurance for 4 years. She then married and had 2 sons: Matthew and Michael. Connie later divorced. Eventually, Connie met her long-term partner, John Schultz, and the couple moved to their forever home in Aberdeen, Washington. In 2007, Connie worked for Gordon’s Service until 2011. Connie took great pride in caring for her home and land. She enjoyed being in the yard, where landscaping became one of her favorite hobbies. She loved her pups, Rosie, Lucky and Starr. Connie was a joy to be around, and loved by all those she knew.
Connie is survived by her children: Matthew Stullick, and Michael (Summer) Stullick; long-term partner, John Schultz, of Aberdeen, Washington; brother, Roy Morehead III; sisters, Cathy (Seyhan) Ozturkmen, of Portland, Oregon; and Carole (Doug) Stensgard, of Aberdeen, Washington; and many other family and friends whom she loved greatly.
Connie is preceded in death by her parents: Roy “Gene” and Mary Morehead.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at 2:00 PM located at the home of Connie and John Schultz on 4080 Wishkah Road in Aberdeen, Washington.
