Marian Jean Noggles, 81, an Aberdeen resident for many years, died at Grays Harbor Health and
Rehabilitation Center, Aberdeen, Thursday, April 9, 2020. She was born October 30, 1938 in Spokane,
Washington, the daughter of Earl and Lillian (Lees) Herbert.
She attended Spokane schools and was married to Marion “Bill” Mundy there in 1962. He
would pass away in 1966. She would later marry Jim Noggles in Raymond and they would later divorce.
Marian worked as a nursing assistant and in later life was a caregiver in private homes. She was
a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Aberdeen and the Red Hat Ladies group. She liked to
crochet, read and collected teapots. She loved her cats.
She is survived by a daughter: Tammy Norris, Moundsville, West Virginia; and four grandchildren: Timothy Noggles, Vanessa and Dakota Smith, and T. J. Norris. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael Mundy in 2013, and a daughter, Elisabeth Paparazzo in 2018.
