Elaine McDonald, 86, passed away May 27, 2015 at Grays Harbor Health & Rehab Center in Aberdeen.
She was born on January 11, 1929 in Aberdeen to Cleo and Jessie Larson. She grew up in North Cove and graduated from Ocosta High School in 1947.
Elaine is survived by her sons: Cliff and wife Debbie of Ocosta and Tim of Westport; daughter Christine of Grayland; Sisters Bettie Garbe of Aberdeen, Shirley Patterson of Battleground and a brother Terry Larson of Tokeland. Elaine has eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband John, grandson Jeff, daughter-in-law Janet, son-in-law Gary and a sister Geri Ingraham.
Elaine was a past member of the Ladies Auxiliary, Westport VFW Post 3057. She enjoyed gardening, being with family and friends.
Per her request, there will be no services. She will be inurned next to her husband at Fern Hill Cemetery, Aberdeen.
