Message to the Family: I had pleasure to come to know Ted Reynvaan well at Retsil Veterans Home. When Ted realized I lived in Aberdeen and was a good friend of his son Scott, he welcomed me as a brother. We shared meals and memories. Similar in age, we understood the times we had experienced. Teds book "The Boys of Company B" made me appreciate the ultimate challenge faced by Ted and his young Grays Harbor classmates in Korea.
