Rick will always be the face of Early Tire to me. I appreciated his dry sense of humor and his professional care of all the police cars he outfitted for APD. Whenever I had a problem with any police car, Rick was right on it, always putting us at the top of his list to get done. Even though he wasn't police, he probably spent more time in a cop car than some I knew! Thanks Rick for all you did and for your great attitude! You will be missed.
