Condolence: Dear Elaine & family, I first met Ron when I was a teenager, as his step-son Steve Klockow was my brothers best friend. I began to babysit Pat, Dan, and Sarah often. I babysat them one full summer. When the babysitting job was ending and I was out of school, I asked Ron if he knew of any job openings at Lamb Grays Harbor. Ron spoke to Al Flynn who was head of personnel at that time. Al interviewed and he said to me, "Ron said you are a good babysitter and some of our engineers always could use some babysitting" and he laughed, he said "Kathy, you begin work on Monday in the Document Center and that is how my career began !! So I always thanked Ron for starting my many years at Lamb Grays Harbor. Ron & Elaine would always stop and talk to me, no matter if they were in a hurry or not.
