Condolence From: Patricia Williams

Condolence: I was so sad to hear of Cecil's passing. My husband, little girl Jasmine and I would play bingo on Thursday afternoon's with him at Channel Point where my father-in-law lived. On Wednesday mornings we would venture over for grand-slam breakfasts and Cecil would always turn around to say good-morning to Jasmine. It was truly a pleasure and honor to have known him and his wife. We will miss him, especially Jasmine.
