Condolence: I am from Chile (South America) and I studied at the U. of Washington (Master of Forestry), 1980-1982. I was classmate of my very good friend Scott H. Nugent (son of Dr. Jack Nugent) and now I was trying to re-find in internet Scott´s contact information (e-mail, phone number , etc) and just today (january 23rd, 2013) I found this news of Dr. Nugent. I am very sorry to have read this news, I very clearly remember Dr. Jack Nugent as a person of a great sense of humour and I spent great moments at his house, with all his beautiful family, at the lake (close to Aberdeen). My best personal regards to all the Nugent´s family.

Condolence: I was honored to know Jack for 50 years as he was my childhood dentist and later in life we our paths crossed again I have had the pleasure of servicing jack and familes cars. Respect for family and life is sosmething I will always admire about Jack. He was a person I have always respected for his kindness and love of family. We alsways talked about the days as summit lake and oh how he enjoyed the lake with his family and friends. Lee, my heart goes out to you and your family as he will be missed. Condolence: We were both saddened to read of the passing of our longtime colleague and friend Jack Nugent. We were unaware of his illness but can attest to his zest for life, loyal friendship, sharing of talents coupled with energy and effectiveness over the years. A man who truly made a difference. We feel fortunate to have worked closely with him on so many professional endeavors and to also list him (and Lee) among our cherished friends. Our deepest sympathy to Lee and the family. Unfortunately we are unable to attend his memorial service this Saturday but hold in our hearts fond memories - and memories are forever. Condolence: My partner and I just read Dr Nugent's obituary in the Daily World. Although we never knew the man, we felt compelled to say it would have been an honor and a privledge to have done so. His contributions, moral character and compassion to help others is truly inspiring! His family has a wonderful man and a wonderful life to celebrate! May he rest in peace!
